If you divide the human consciousness into three levels, beneath the conscious there is the unconscious, and beyond the unconscious there is the superconscious.
When you have reached the state of the superconscious, you are able to see your soul. Your consciousness is not always awake, so it cannot always see your soul. The part of your consciousness that’s awake is the superconscious.
In a state of the superconscious, it becomes possible for you to meet your mystical and beautiful soul, and you can feel what it is that your soul truly wants. That’s when your soul becomes liberated.
Having embodied selflessness or “non-being” (Mu-ah) through breathing and meditation, your consciousness reaches a state of pureness, and you can enter into the superconscious. There, you will be able to access divine inspiration, which, unlike thoughts and ideas, will guide you to the path of your soul.
