Mainstream Meditation
There are good thoughts and there are bad thoughts. You can also imagine something good or imagine something bad. However, there is no good or bad when it comes to meditation. Meditation is a positive, good word. That’s why, in order to become a good person and create a better world, we need to evolve into a society where meditation is a common, mainstream activity practiced by everyone.In a state of meditation, you can look at the real essence of life; and you can feel not only your own soul, but other people’s souls as well. You feel the value and preciousness of life from your heart.
The way to evade danger in your life is to ordinarily perform a lot of good deeds, have a lot of good thoughts, and imagine many good things. If you normally make an effort to help heal the illnesses of other people’s bodies and minds and help them develop a brighter awareness, it makes the negativity and self-pity that might exist inside of you disappear. These are the conditions that enable you to practice meditation.
