Earth Qigong, a powerful meditation practice that involves not only physical movements but also energy work, can facilitate this connection. By engaging our minds and bodies fully, Earth Qigong helps integrate our faculties together and directs our attention to the earth. It is a meditation practice that focuses on the earth, allowing us to connect with the planet on a deeper level.

One of the benefits of Earth Qigong is that it can amplify our intentions for healing, not just for ourselves, but also for the planet.
