As we stand on the threshold of 2014, I ask everyone to throw away their old, tattered clothes and put on a new perspective of abundance and generosity.

Poem of Life
Like everyone else, I’ve been through many highs and lows in my life, some of them extreme. The lows were an opportunity to recognize what is precious and lasting. I wrote this poem during one of the lowest points of my life. I’d like to share it with you to offer you a ray of hope if you are going through tough times.
The Joy of Finding Awards and Friends in Indonesia
Last week I traveled to Jakarta, Indonesia to attend the award ceremony of the International Film Festival for Spirituality, Religion, and Visionary 2013. The film I produced, CHANGE: The LifeParticle Effect, was scheduled to win 12 awards, but the film’s directors, EJ Lim and Edwin Kim, and I were surprised to also receive an award for Best Short Documentary and a Gold Award for Filmmaker of Spirituality 2013 and Best Story & Concept.

We have to let go of whatever we hold in our hands in order to hold something new. In the same way, genuine choice and change finally become possible in a pure state that is emptied of thoughts and emotions.
Why Change
Anyone who looks around will notice that nature is always changing: Animals and plants grow and die. Mountains are built and eroded. Valleys are carved away. As part of nature, people are always learning, growing, and adjusting to their environment to some extent. But why is it changing?
