How you walk can tell you a lot about your health, as well as your happiness, mindset, and even level of confidence. As a basic repetitive motion that involves our whole body, changing how you walk can also help you alter your health and attitude.

I call this style of walking Longevity Walking (Jangsaeng Walking in Korean), because it not only helps you live longer in good health, but gives you a feeling of youthful vitality.
